Our parent company, the Trace Group, supplies financial software and services to various vertical markets and provides a rock solid foundation for our business. Alongside our own property management software, companies in the Trace Group supply systems for wholesale financial markets, insurance and reinsurance systems, HR and payroll.

Trace Solutions was formed over 30 years ago, and many of the companies that we supplied back then still use our TRAMPS property management system today. Almost all our key staff have property industry backgrounds and significant property industry experience, which has helped us maintain continuous organic growth for years.

The packages you need

In recent years Trace has launched software packages to address the specific needs of property investors (BlueBox), corporate occupiers (o6ix), and those managing property across borders – as well as the latest versions of our TRAMPS system for managing agents. Thanks to our understanding of the market, these medium-priced, off-the-shelf solutions meet the vast majority of needs in these sectors, without modification.

Well resourced

We employ about 55 staff in our City of London offices, most of whom are technical. Compared to others in our sector, this means that we’re in a unique position to supply, support and modify your systems if required. And our dedicated HelpDesk is renowned for its high levels of support – proven by the fact that in 2006 we celebrated a 30 year continuous relationship with our first ever customer!
